STRATEGIC SHIFT

OBJECTIVES: DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT CHANGE STRATEGIES

Understanding current problems is an essential step, but it is not an end in itself. The main objective of my work is to help organizations generate positive change and become more resilient.

For whom?

This section is mainly aimed at management teams and other decision-makers who have the ability to influence the overall strategy of organizations.

How does it work?

The support is personalized, and the methodology is defined together with the client based on their needs, preferences, and characteristics. However, it is possible to outline a proposal in the form of a journey with four main stages.

The proposed methodology is designed to help organizations define their vision and move beyond the status quo. It includes facilitation dynamics, creativity exercises, design and systemic analysis, exploration of future scenarios (…)

Mapping

Adopt a systemic vision to:

  • Anticipate risks, external trends, and blind spots

  • Take stock of resources, strengths, and dependencies

  • Identify opportunities, actionable levers, and limits

Objectives:

  • Clearly understand what can/wants to be worked on (purpose, offering, business model…)

  • Define the working framework

Speculating

"To create a different future, you must first imagine it"

This phrase says it all: now more than ever, it is important to harness the power of narratives to define steps toward more viable and desirable futures, both socially and organizationally.

Objectives:

  • Renew inspirations

  • Adopt a long-term perspective

  • Formulate an inspiring vision

Defining an Action Plan

Once the destination is defined, it will be necessary to establish clear and realistic stages, as well as a progressive and tailored action plan.

Beyond the implementation pace, it is also important to identify the parties involved in these changes, both inside and outside the organization.

Objectives:

  • Define a detailed and coherent roadmap

Experimenting and Implementing

The final stage consists of applying all the work done previously.

Through the creation of prototypes and various experiments, which will be adjusted over time and with experience.

When implemented, these new practices will eventually become predominant.

Objectives:

  • Implement lasting change as well as a new culture and mindset toward uncertainty

  • Become more resilient and robust
