The workshop

STAGE 1: THE COLLAGE (1h30)

Understand that:

  1. We are capable of creating and believing in stories that allow us to collaborate on a large scale (money, religion, etc.).

  2. These stories influence our individual and collective thoughts, decisions, and behaviors.

  3. Unfortunately, some of the dominant narratives are incompatible with current social and ecological challenges (unlimited growth, widespread competition, etc.).

  4. It is not inevitable: new narratives can give rise to new norms and behaviors…

STAGE 2: NARRATIVES (1h30)

Mobilize the collective intelligence of your teams to imagine a new organizational horizon and the steps needed to reach it.

This will allow them to outline a new inspiring narrative that serves as a guide toward a more sustainable, realistic, and desirable organizational future.
