Beyond awareness-raising, there is the possibility of training “ambassadors” (internal facilitators).

How does it work?

STAGE 1

The future facilitators attend their first workshop as participants.

STAGE 2

They attend a one-day training session (or two half-day sessions).

STAGE 3

The new facilitators lead their first workshop with their colleagues, either with or without the supervision of a coach.

STAGE 4

The ambassadors are fully qualified facilitators! They can independently deliver the workshop within the organization.

INTER-ORGANIZATIONAL SESSIONS

This option allows companies to send some of their members to participate in a workshop and, if they wish, in a follow-up training session.
